Class Descriptions Pilates This class focuses on exercises that strengthen the musculature located deep within the abdominal region of the body called “the powerhouse.” The goal of strengthening this area is to improve body alignment and posture while relieving back pain. By using the principle of opposition you will create strength and flexibility simultaneously.
